Zone Five Terms and Conditions

Zone 5 Tournament Rules and Regulations

By registering for the Zone 5 Tournament, participants agree to the following rules and conditions:

1. Official Event T Shirt

All participants must wear the official Zone 5 Tournament T shirt during the competition. Participants who do not wear the official event T shirt may not be allowed to compete.

2. T Shirt and Goodie Bag Collection

The official T shirt and goodie bag will be distributed on the event day starting from 8:00 AM at the registration area. Participants are responsible for arriving early to collect their items before the competition starts.

3. Registration Confirmation

Participation is only confirmed after completing the registration and payment through the official website. Each participant must provide accurate details during registration.

4. Team Name and Custom Printing

If custom team name printing is selected, the submitted team name must be correct at the time of checkout. Aura Athleisure will not be responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect information submitted by the participant.

5. Arrival and Check In

Participants must arrive on time for check in, briefing, and warm up. Late arrival may affect participation and the organizer has the right to refuse entry if the participant misses the required check in time.

6. Competition Categories

Participants must compete only in the category they registered for. Category changes may not be accepted after registration is completed unless approved by the organizers.

7. Health and Fitness Responsibility

By joining the tournament, participants confirm that they are physically fit and able to take part in the activities. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event.

8. Event Rules and Judges

All participants must follow the instructions of the organizers, judges, and event team. The judges’ decisions during the competition are final.

9. Respect and Sportsmanship

Participants are expected to show respect to other competitors, judges, organizers, sponsors, and guests. Any disrespectful behavior may lead to disqualification.

10. Media Consent

By attending the event, participants agree that photos and videos may be taken during the tournament and used by Aura Athleisure, Circuit Plus, Counted, and event partners for marketing and social media purposes.

11. Refund Policy

Registration fees are non refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

12. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to update the schedule, workout format, rules, or event details if required for safety, timing, or operational reasons.
